Our standard installation includes professional antenna installation and service to one computer or router/firewall. Inside wiring or wireless network installation/configuration is available upon request for additional cost. Aire Networks is not responsible for your inside wiring or internal network configuration and maintenance. Customer must provide their own router to share the connection with multiple devices.

 

Aire Networks can provide a router at a fee of $99 installed and it becomes the responsibility of the end user. Warranties and configuration other than initial setup are the sole responsibility of the end user to be taken up with the manufacturer of the router. If the router is reset to "default settings" there will be a charge to have Aire Networks go on-site and reconfigure the device to restore service.

 

The inside wiring and maintenance of customer's "LAN" is ultimately the responsibility of the customer not Aire Networks. Aire Networks charges a minimum of $125 per hour for troubleshooting internal "LAN" problems. If the problem is found to be an issue with our network the fee will not apply.
